Now in its 10th year, Do More 24 is an exciting 24-hour giving day, powered by United Way of the National Capital Area. Last year, we raised over $500 toward the Sampson Scholarship and Education Fund. This year let’s keep up that momentum together, because we are #BetterUnited.

Do More 24 is centered around creating a more equitable society. Funds raised through Do More 24 will help us  to provide scholarships to deserving students to help further their education; which we have been doing for over 47 years. In addition to providing scholarships, we will continue to provide much needed school supplies to grade school students and college tours to middle school students. This year our goal is to increase the number of students that are able to attend the college tour; an opportunity and introduction to higher education institutions that these students may not otherwise be afforded.

We can’t do this without you.

We need your help to address the critical need of students who will struggle to pay college tuition. Join the movement on May 18, and donate to be the change we all want to see in our region! Bookmark our donate link today: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=U23BJ29KTYF5Y.

Not only do we need your donation, but we also need your help to spread the word. Please tell your friends and family about our mission to help students pay for a college education and encourage everyone you know to donate, too.
